Vacant property expert SitexOrbis is aiming high at the inaugural Homes 2012 exhibition with a David Beckham look-a-like who will perform footballing tricks, challenge delegates to a game of table football, offer footballing advice and pose for pictures with delegates visiting the SitexOrbis stand – E21.

Homes is an exciting new event for the social and affordable housing sector, held in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Housing and supported by the National Housing Maintenance Forum. Taking place from 14-15 November at London’s Excel, the event will address the critical strategic and operational issues around repairs and maintenance, sustainability and retrofit.  One of the first events to unite these areas, Homes conference and exhibition will bring together the latest thinking, practice and policy, as well as showcasing the leading technologies, products and services – including SitexOrbis’s vacant property management products and services,

Stand E21 will display SitexOrbis’s holistic security and protection offering, which has stood the test of time, and includes everything from securing a property with the right type of screen to cleaning and clearing it of debris to monitoring it with battery-powered video alarms. Everything is backed up by Aura, SitexOrbis’s real-time web-based workflow management and reporting system, which enables customers to instruct, control and track the progress of jobs undertaken.

SitexOrbis will also showcase its latest keyless security solution for voids: iSecurity, a security solution which combines a portable, intelligent iTrap alarm with an innovative keyless, remotely programmable iDoor; BS 5779 compliant Alarm Receiving Centre which monitors alarms 24/7, and Aura, the online customer portal where you can instruct, track and analyse the jobs undertaken for the property. Also exhibited is our new Videofied visual verification alarm, a rapidly-deployable and cost-effective portable intruder alarm that can be used anywhere; and Aura, the online customer portal.

Demonstrating SitexOrbis’s integrated approach to void property management, also on show will be our specialist cleaning services, which includes needle sweeps and cleaning drug dens, the removal and eradication of mould – a common problem in the autumn and early winter, and pest control which affects social housing properties in different ways throughout the year.
