Customers at the refurbished office opening
Housing provider Thrive Homes has demonstrated its commitment to the South Oxhey estate and its residents by sprucing up the area office.
Customers of Thrive Homes, which operates across Three Rivers district in Hertfordshire, were welcomed into the new look office when it reopened on Thursday, 8 November, following internal redecoration and refurbishment.
Dated decor has been replaced with freshly painted walls, new carpet and noticeboards to create a pleasant environment for residents when they visit.
Hamish Cantlay, Thrive Homes Head of Customer Services, said: “Maintaining a local presence is an important part of our commitment to the South Oxhey community.
“This refurbishment will certainly improve the environment for our customers and staff. The first 100 residents enjoyed a free hot drink and pastry when they visited this morning to mark the reopening of the office.”
Thrive Homes, with more than 4,000 homes, closed its area office in Oxhey Drive from 31 October to 7 November to enable the work to take place.
In the interim, residents were able to pay their rent and service charges at a number of other local outlets, online and at Three Rivers District Council offices in the usual way and could speak to the customer service centre on the phone or visit the Croxley Green office.
