North Wales Housing Welcome New Assistant Director

Brett Sadler
North Wales Housing has appointed Brett Sadler to the new position of Assistant Director of Neighbourhoods.
Formerly a Neighbourhood Housing Manager at Flintshire County Council for three years, Brett has over 10 years experience in the housing sector having also worked in a number of roles for Conwy County Borough Council .
Under his new role, Brett will be responsible for housing management, supported housing and older people’s housing, including two new Extra Care Schemes which are currently being developed in Abergele and Bangor.
Brett was a finalist in this years’ Chartered Institute of Housing ‘Rising Stars Cymru’ competition and has an Honours degree in Housing. Having worked in partnership with North Wales Housing in the past, Brett is familiar with the growing organisation and has been involved in the development of Llys y Coed, NWH’s first Extra Care Scheme in Llanfairfechan.
He said: “I’m really looking forward to taking on my new role at NWH. They are an incredibly forward thinking and ambitious organisation whose team are dedicated and committed. This is a fantastic opportunity for me and one that I’m keen to embrace and develop moving forward.”
