Wythenshawe Community Housing Group – Designate Directors Announced

The Wythenshawe Community Housing Group is pleased to announce the appointment of the designate executive posts for the proposed group structure.

Following two days of recruitment processes, the following have been offered a designate role in the new group, made up of Parkway Green and Willow Park Housing Trusts.

Designate Executive Director of Finance – Richard Coughlan

Designate Executive Director of Property – Tony Roden

Designate Executive Director of Housing – Steve License

Designate Director of Human Resources – Susan Richardson

This new team will be responsible for helping direct the group and will be working hard over the coming months to design new structures so that they deliver the best possible services for the customers.

Designate Chief Executive of the Wythenshawe Community Housing Group Nigel Wilson said, “I’m delighted to welcome these appointments to the new group and look forward to working closely with them to help build on the strong legacy of each of the partners.”
