mhs homes appoints its new Operations Director

 Kent-based mhs homes has appointed its new Operations Director.

Gary Clark, who previously held a similar role at Rosebery Housing Association, Surrey, replaced Caroline Proverbs who left for a world travel adventure in August.

Prior to his time at Rosebery from 2010, Gary held the post of Assistant Director of Commercial Initiatives at the Peabody Trust, one of the largest and oldest housing associations in London.

He has also worked at Moat Housing as Regional Housing Director and Sales and Marketing Manager.

Before going in to the housing sector Gary worked for Tesco for 14 years in a number of senior management roles.

Gary lives in west Kent and is married with a son aged seven.

He said: “mhs homes is a unique organisation which has big ambitions. I am delighted to have been asked to join such a dynamic business at this stage of its journey and I look forward to working with residents, stakeholders and the team to help realise its vision.”
