On October 2002, the Hyde Group created a new team to assist first time buyers into affordable home ownership, ten years on Hyde New Homes has helped over 3,000 people to take their first step on the property ladder.

To recognise this milestone Hyde New Homes held a celebration event on the 10 October 2012 at Bermondsey Spa one of Hyde’s newest developments in Southwark, London.

Hyde New Homes has sold over 800 shared ownership homes in the last three years alone, with 95% of customers saying they have delivered a high quality service. Hyde New Homes has also received numerous awards for innovative marketing, property development and housing projects, including the Evening Standard award for best regeneration at Packington estate in Islington.
