South West London housing association RHP won the Best Customer Service category at the Richmond Business Awards this week.
With an ambition to become the UK’s best service provider, RHP prides itself on an honest and helpful approach – always taking the customers’ side and doing their best to fix a problem as fast as they can with a lasting solution.
The company is going from strength to strength with top quartile customer satisfaction figures and a growing collection of awards this year. They also beat off stiff competition, including global giants Coca Cola, to be highly commended at the national CIPD People Management Awards in the same week.
Recognition in the Employee Engagement category celebrated the company’s innovative approach, an extensive learning and development strategy, and the way in which the passion and expertise of employees drives the customer experience. Companies like Marks and Spencer, Dell and Barclays were also commended.
RHP was also named as the Best Small Call Centre in Europe at the European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards earlier this month.
