Ian becomes Housing HR Head

North West housing provider The Regenda Group has appointed Ian Gleave as the new Head of Human Resources and Organisational Development.

Ian has been promoted to his new role, having previously been the Human Resources and Organisational Development Manager at Regenda.  Based in the Group’s Head Office in Bolton, Ian will be responsible for the delivery of human resources, recruitment, learning and development, payroll, health and safety and facilities management across the Group.

Ian Gleave said: “I want to make sure that Regenda is in the right shape for the challenges our sector faces in the future.  I believe that everyone has a contribution to make and we should help our employees fulfil their potential.  I’m passionate about creating opportunities for young people to get a start in the world of work and about helping those who are out of work get the support and encouragement they need to develop their skills and knowledge to enable them to find sustainable employment.”

Before joining Regenda in July 2010 he was the HR Manager for Parkway Green Housing Trust, having previously been a consultant working with organisations within social housing, utilities, broadcasting, leisure, education and the public sector.

A Chartered Member of the CIPD and Member of the CIH, Ian has a degree in International Studies and an MSc in Human Resources Management.
