Sanctuary Maintenance is getting senior management back to the front line in support of National Customer Service week, with Managing Director, Dennis Evans taking to the fields on a ride-on lawn mower.
National Customer Service week is organised by the Institute of Customer Service, which is an initiative that Sanctuary Maintenance’s parent company, Sanctuary Group, has supported for many years.
Working with the grounds maintenance and garden servicing team in Sowdley Green, Staffordshire Dennis Evans was put through his paces. The purpose of the day was to see first-hand the level of service that the team continually delivers to its customers whilst giving the operatives the chance to see the MD wrestle with their gardening tools.
Sanctuary Maintenance’s Managing Director Dennis Evans said: “Providing well maintained and useable public spaces is a key activity for Sanctuary Maintenance, and as it was Customer Service week it felt the perfect opportunity to get directly involved with the team delivering our front line services.
“We always try to give the customer the very best service possible, whether it be in our gardening divisions, repairs service or gas operations, and that is exactly what I saw our team do. I thoroughly enjoyed the day; everyone was incredibly enthusiastic about their job and the service they provide. One of the obvious highlights was the ride-on lawn mower; having one of these would definitely make me enjoy gardening a whole lot more.”
