Parkway Green & Willow Park Group Structure Announcement

The Boards of Willow Park and Parkway Green are pleased to announce that Cllr Eddy Newman has been appointed as Designate Chair of the New Parent Board and Nigel Wilson as Designate Group Chief Executive, also that Joe Doherty will be remaining with the Group in the role of Executive Integration Director for a period of time following the establishment of the New Group.

The New Group will be known as ‘Wythenshawe Community Housing Group’ (WCHG), and good progress continues to be made towards implementation on 1^st April 2013.

Eddy Newman said “This is a great privilege and one I look forward to, working with Wythenshawe Community Housing Group’s new Board built on the existing skills and talents of our two Trusts, working for the benefit of our tenants in Wythenshawe.”

Nigel Wilson said “I am delighted to have this great opportunity to lead in the building of the New Group for Wythenshawe and believe it provides huge opportunities to build on the strong legacy of each partner.”

Joe Doherty said “The two Trusts have a proven track record of success in Wythenshawe and I am delighted that I will continue to bring my knowledge and experience in helping to maintain and improve services for our customers”.
