South West London housing association RHP won Small Contact Centre of the Year in the European Call Centre & Customer Service Awards 2012 this week.
RHP’s Customer Contact Centre beat off stiff competition from a host of international companies including Amicus Horizon, Johnson & Johnson and Britannia Rescue. The awards focus on what makes each call centre extraordinary, examining the people and processes that make the biggest difference to customers.
RHP’s Customer Service Advisors passionately deliver the organisation’s focus on ‘fixing things fast to last’ for customers. Employee motivation is kept sky-high with a constant focus on solving customers’ enquiries the very first time they make contact. The awards judges say: “Reacting with flexibility to customer needs, RHP has continuously listened to customers and front line teams to deliver an exceptional level of service.”
