KPI's for July 2012 best ever for Prima Service

Now that all the data is in we have published our latest KPI’s through to the end of July 2012. As usual we also included any resident comments received. We are extremely proud this month as the results are our best to date.
Headline figures – Properties covered = 29,500 :: Tenant Satisfaction 98.93% :: Completion to Target = 100.00% :: First Viable Fix = 99.14%
Our Managing Director made the following comments:
“We are proud to announce that West Kent Housing Association has chosen Prima Service as their preferred provider to deliver responsive repairs to around 6,500 properties.
The contract is for the repair of PVC-u windows, GRP doors, PVC-u doors and French Doors and all associated works, which may include CDM Co-ordinator and design services to properties owned and managed by West Kent Housing Association and its subsidiaries (WKHA). Awarded under the ACA Standard Form of Term Partnering Contract TPC2005 it is for an initial period of ten years with an option to extend by a further five years until 2027.
The contract is quality driven and will deliver sustained service improvements to the residents of WKHA.
Resident Satisfaction has risen still further to 98.93% which is great but I believe that our teams are determined to push this higher.
First viable fix ratio has reached 99.14% truly validating the vehicle re-rack
Well what can I say, jobs completed to target during July were 100% so a big thank you to our teams and the residents for being available and contributing to this achievement”
