Welwyn Hatfield Community Housing Trust is giving tenants the chance to have their say at two special events this autumn.

‘Your Home, Your Say’ will enable tenants to learn more about the issues that matter most to them and give their feedback about the Trust’s services. The events will be held on 29 September at the Ramada Jarvis Hotel in Hatfield and on 6 October at Campus West in Welwyn Garden City.

Tenants will have the opportunity to find out how their rent is spent, how broader changes in housing and welfare might affect them and what the Trust can do to help. There will be a session focussing on how well the repairs service is performing and what can be done to improve even further next year and beyond.

Lunch will be provided free, and those that book in advance will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win £100 of high street shopping vouchers!

Paul Wren, Chair of the Trust’s Management Board said: “This is the third year we have run these popular events. ‘Your Home, Your Say’ allows tenants to tell us what we are doing right and where we need to improve.

Enabling tenants to have a greater say in how services are planned is the reason the Trust was set up. Come along to your nearest venue and tell us what’s important to you!”
