Orbit Homes, the development and sales company of Orbit Group, has been awarded a gold accreditation from Investors in People (IIP), an organisation committed to effective people management.

Achieving IIP Gold reinforces the good work within Orbit Homes in terms of people management and leadership, equality and diversity, learning and development opportunities and encouraging a healthy work/life balance.

The assessors judged Orbit Homes to have many strengths and has been particularly praised in setting itself challenging targets in all that it does, including managing and developing its people.

The full report includes highlights such as a strong team ethic where people can learn from, and support one another and an immense pride that staff have for the organisation.
