THINGS are looking up for homebuyers with the launch of St Mark's View, a new Bromford Homes development in Cheltenham.
The name is inspired partly by the picturesque parish church and partly by the playing field and hills that can be seen from parts of the former factory site where demolition and building work have just started.
With the attractive view that homebuyers will be able to enjoy from the north-facing corner of St Mark's View, off Tennyson Road, also comes a fresh way of looking at what homebuyers can expect from a house builder.
That's the promise from Bromford Homes Sales and Marketing Director Bev Hall to anyone who buys a high-quality house.

Bromford's in-house construction team has already made a start on demolishing the former Spirax Sarco works and it's hoped that the first homes will be finished by early next year.
Of the 21 homes earmarked for outright sale, prices are expected to start from £160,000 for a two-bed house, with three-bed houses expected to start from £205,000 and four-bed detached homes expected to start from £265,000. Actual prices should be released by mid October.
Five more homes will be sold under the Bromford HomeBuy shared ownership scheme. This enables first-time buyers and other people who cannot afford to buy on the open market to purchase between 25 per cent and 75 per cent of their home while paying subsidised rent on the remaining share.
"St Mark's View will appeal to a wide range of buyers and not only people who would normally be looking at properties in the St Mark's area," said Bev.
"You're in an established, popular suburb of Cheltenham that's within easy reach of the town centre and all of the amenities like shops and the station. And yet when you stand in the playing fields and look out towards the hills you really get the sense of wide open space.
