Golden chance to change up at Penny Meadow

THE START of building work by Bromford Homes is good news for homeowners who want to move up in one of the most sought-after parts of Kidderminster.
Thirteen high-quality homes are being built at Penny Meadow - all but two of them four-bedroom detached houses that will appeal to local people who appreciate quality and the leafy suburban feel of this area around the crest of Bewdley Hill.
This exclusive development is taking shape on the site of two existing family homes - one of them to be sold alongside the new-build homes after work has been carried out to improve its external appearance.
The first homes will be completed early next year and Bromford Homes Sales and Marketing Director Bev Hall urges would-be buyers to get in quick if they want to reserve the best plots.
"We've got great homes to sell at great prices. They're being built to the highest quality by our award-winning in-house construction team and include many features as standard that would come as extras elsewhere," said Bev.
"Basically, we control everything from start to finish. We build the homes. We control the design and the layout. And we offer our customers exceptional service from start to finish - and that continues after they've moved into their Bromford home.
"When you buy one of our homes, you're buying into nearly 50 years of housing sector heritage. You're also buying into a way of life because it's our mission to create homes where people really want to stay. This is so important to us that we've enshrined it in our customer charter."
New home prices at Penny Meadow are expected to range from about £180,000 for a three-bedroom home and from £235,000 for a four-bedroom detached home. Actual prices should be released by mid October.
"Penny Meadow is in one of the best locations in Kidderminster an established, popular suburb with a leafy, family-friendly feel and good local schools, shops and other facilities on the doorstep," said Bev.
"We believe the quality of the homes and the development as a whole will appeal to discerning buyers - especially home-owners who may be living in a local three-bed semi and are looking to trade up. In this case, Penny Meadow is ideal.
"We know the demand is there so my advice to anyone who might be interested is to get in touch with us and find out more. It costs just £500 to reserve a plot and, in my view, that could be one of the best investments that a local buyer could make. It really is a golden opportunity to move up."
