Prisk to deliver first speech as housing minister at NHF conference
Mark Prisk is to deliver his first key note speech as housing minister at the National Housing Federation's conference next week, it was confirmed today.
Mr Prisk, the Conservative MP for Hertford and Stortford, replaced Grant Shapps in the role during last week's Cabinet reshuffle.
According to a statement issued today by the Federation, Mr Prisk's ministerial address will last for just 15 minutes and he will not be taking any questions from the floor.
The National Housing Federation conference takes place at the ICC in Birmingham from September 17 to 19.
Speakers this year also include shadow housing minister Jack Dromey and HCA regulation committee chair Julian Ashby.
