COMMUTERS are being offered a rare opportunity to buy a high-quality new home in a family-friendly Staffordshire village close to the borders of Derbyshire and Leicestershire.

Just three new family homes have been released by Bromford Homes at a prime location in Clifton Campville – described by the village website* as a “wonderful place to live”.

Prices for the trio of three-bedroom houses start at £170,000, rising to £197,500 for the prime corner plot facing Main Street and Lullington Road.

All three homes are built to the highest quality by Bromford’s award-winning in-house construction team and come with an “unbeatable package” of fitted features.

Buyers who complete on a purchase before the end of September will get free fitted carpets and anyone who’s got an existing home to sell can sign up for HelpUmove, a special Bromford Homes incentive scheme that enables buyers to reserve a house and speeds up their own selling process.

Bev Hall, Sales and Marketing Director at Bromford Homes, believes that Clifton Lawns offers homebuyers an unbeatable deal – and urges buyers to avoid delay.

“We’ve got just three of these high-quality family homes on offer so I would urge homebuyers to move quickly if they don’t want to miss out,” said Bev, who heads the Bromford Homes sales and marketing team across Central England.

“We’re really proud of these properties, which have been built to the highest standard in a traditional style and include many features as standard that would come as extras elsewhere.

“I would say to prospective buyers it’s an unbeatable package - but don’t take my word for it. Come and take a look for yourselves at our special open day from noon to 5pm on Saturday (September 8). Seeing really is believing.”

She’s equally enthusiastic about Clifton Campville, a small, family-friendly village with just 500 people, a local pub, shop and a primary school that Ofsted have described as outstanding.

“This really is an ideal spot for anyone with a young family who works in one of the nearby towns or cities and wants to get away from it all in the evenings and at weekends,” said Bev.

“It’s a great place to bring up a small family and yet still be within easy commuting distance of Lichfield, Tamworth or Burton upon Trent – all of which are 20 minutes or so driving away.”

Bigger towns and cities such as Derby, Leicester, Coventry and Birmingham are also easily reached by road - junction 11 of the M42 is less than 10 minutes drive away and the A38 not much further in the other direction.

* The www.cliftoncampville.com website describes the village as "a wonderful place to live" and the medieval St Andrew's Church as worth featuring on any list of England's finest churches. It also highlights St Andrew's C of E School as a lively local primary that regularly receives high praise from Ofsted inspectors.
