Total Glass has added triple glazed units and Grey on White PVC-U profile to its comprehensive product portfolio, further widening choice for installers and commercial specifiers.

The addition of 36mm triple glazing units enables the Liverpool-based window and door fabricator to offer ‘A’-rated PVC-U windows, manufactured from quality Profile 22 profiles, which achieve a whole window U-value as low as 0.8.

“We have experienced increasing demand for triple glazed windows that offer three main benefits for customers; better energy conservation, increased security levels and improved acoustic performance, making them ideal for noisy areas,” explained Phill Cresswell, Trade Sales Manager for Total Glass.

“Awareness of the benefits of triple glazing is growing and we were experiencing increasing interest, particularly for commercial contracts, for this high performance option with its energy and cost-saving benefits,” continued Phill.

Rising demand for coloured frames has led Total Glass to now offer Grey on White windows in the popular RAL 7016 shade. Available on a five-day lead time, the frames have an attractive foiled woodgrain finish and offer a cost-effective alternative to aluminium.

Phill added: “Windows in this contemporary dark grey foil with white on the inside are frequently specified in commercial contracts for buildings such as schools, colleges and offices. As we can now offer this option from stock, our ability to provide a fast turnaround will assist our customers – particularly those working within strict time schedules.”
