Worcester Community Housing (WCH) has announced a new partnership with Clearview Systems.  The union will see WCH's in-house customer involvement tracking and monitoring system, Rewards,  become part of Clearview's extensive portfolio of software solutions.

Rewards was developed after an in-depth search revealed there was no software on the market that could meet WCH's needs. The gauntlet was then thrown down to the in-house ICT Team, who set to work to develop a functionally rich, easy-to-use, online system that targets, markets and incentivises effective customer involvement, whilst at the same time offers in-depth administration capacity, as well as activity and cost recording plus reporting.

Mark Pinder, Head of ICT at WCH said: "A lot of like-minded organisations expressed an interest in the work we were doing on Rewards, which led us to the conclusion that there is real demand for this type of software across the sector."

"We approached Clearview about using their extensive experience of delivering software solutions to help introduce Rewards to the wider market and they were delighted to get on board."

Mark Hobart, Managing Director of Clearview Systems said: "Due to regulatory changes, involving customers in the continued improvement of local housing services has never been so necessary. We are therefore excited to be adding the Rewards software to our existing product portfolio and look forward to working together to further develop and enhance the offering and introducing it to the wider housing world."

Rewards has been fully in use for 10 months now and has significantly increased customer involvement whilst significantly reducing administration time. In that time the number of customers involved in WCH's work has increased from 4.8% to 15.2%. This is set to grow further with almost 50% of all 5200 WCH customers already registered and live on the system.
