RHP and Microsoft are Dynamic!

Richmond Housing Partnership (RHP) is one of six companies world-wide being used as a case study for a feature length documentary created by Microsoft this year. ‘Dynamic Tomorrow’ will focus on how these companies are using technology to develop their business and enhance their passion for customer service.

RHP welcomed a film crew to their Teddington office in May. Digital Drive Media spent the day on site interviewing a number of RHP’s enthusiastic employees on how they help to shape their customers’ experience in an ever-changing business environment.

The documentary will be premiered at Microsoft’s annual Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) in Toronto in July - a global event to ‘celebrate innovation, share insight, and build business.’ The Microsoft team described RHP as ‘alive with creativity and enthusiasm’.

RHP used Microsoft Dynamics as the platform to build its online services, including its industry leading self-service repairs system – recently extended to include gas repairs. This service lets customers choose their own appointments for repairs, and an operative will arrive within a specific two-hour time slot chosen by the customer.

One of RHP’s Teddington-based customers, involved in testing the system and interviewed for the documentary, says that she recommends RHP’s online services to all her neighbours. She says: “The systems are so simple and hassle-free. RHP also responds to any questions right away to make me happy and comfortable.”

RHP’s Head of ICT, Jonathan Creaser, says: “Our focus is always on getting the best result for our customers, and this simple and easy way to develop technology is one of the ways we can make our services streamlined and stress-free. We’ve come a long way in the last three years, but we’re just getting started.”
