Liverpool Housing Trust (LHT) have organised a host of events throughout the week to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, while raising vital funds for Derian House Children's Hospice.

The events held this week included a Great British inspired Cake Sale and a Vintage Tea Party. It was a great way for staff at the LHT Customer Service Centre and the Runcorn Office to celebrate such an historic occasion and they even decorated the offices with patriotic flags and buntings.

Diane Evans, Liverpool Housing Trust (LHT) Customer Service Centre Manager said: “Our staff have really enjoyed getting together to celebrate this special occasion,  it’s been a wonderful opportunity for us to hold fundraising events and raise awareness of our charity, Derian House Children's Hospice.”

Derian House provides specialist care for children with life threatening and terminal illnesses, and support for their families throughout the North West and beyond, and the charity depends on this vital support from individuals and organisations in the community.
