Keepmoat wins Shropshire contract

Keepmoat is celebrating after being appointed by Shropshire Council to deliver kitchen and bathroom refurbishment in Oswestry and Bridgnorth.

The leading community regeneration specialist will initially refurbish 10 properties a week in the first year of the contract, that will see a total of 340 homes fitted with new kitchens and bathrooms.

Paul Senior, Regeneration Managing Director at Keepmoat Midlands, said: “We are delighted to be working with Shropshire Council to continue to deliver the Decent Homes improvement programme.”
