Warm coat for Plymouth residents

A refurbishment contract to install External Wall Insulation to a block of flats in Plymouth has been award to Anglian by Plymouth Community Homes.

Commencing on site this month, Anglian will insulate the three story block, situated in the Lipson ward of Plymouth, with the Weber Therm XM system.

The system consists of a 110mm EPS board affixed to the walls, covered with a basecoat render and reinforcing mesh and finished using a synthetic self coloured render.

The contract which is set to run for the next four months will also replace windows, communal entrance doors, balconies, roofing and rainwater goods.
