Introducing the allpay App!

In its latest move to facilitate quick and easy bill payment solutions, allpay has developed the groundbreaking allpay App, a mobile application designed for smartphones which will allow customers to pay their bills at the touch of a button.

The allpay App, which will officially be launched at the National Housing Federation's Housing Finance Conference and Exhibition on 21 - 22 March 2012, is a free of charge application, available to download for Andriod or Apple smartphones, from the Android Market or Apple App Store.

The App enables customers of allpay's clients who currently pay their bills via Internet, telephone or SMS text message, to pay bills easily, wherever they are, at the touch of a button.

What’s more, once they have logged into their account via the App, they can store all of their payment reference numbers and payment amounts so they don’t have to enter them every time, plus they can create a four digit pin number to access the app so they don’t need to go through a lengthy log in process every time they want to use it.

The allpay App is just one of the ways customers can use their smartphone to make payments. They can also make payments over the internet, by telephone or by SMS text message, giving them the ability to make payments anywhere where there is mobile signal. Providing customers with the flexibility to make payments in this way may help allpay clients meet e-government targets for payment service accessibility. It would also put you in tune with the people who matter – your customers.

allpay clients also benefit from having all transactional data made available the next working day over allpay’s secure web-based communication portal, Webconnect.
