Bromford is delighted to announce the appointment of Danial Phillips as neighbourhood manager for its Cirencester office. Danial is responsible for managing the Gloucestershire neighbourhood team of eight covering around 4,000 Bromford homes in the Cotswolds.
Danial, aged 33, has worked in housing since temping at university as an administration assistant at the London borough of Barking and Dagenham, progressing to housing officer and manager roles before this latest appointment. His degree in ‘Fine Art and Sculpture’ encouraged his general interest in architecture and housing. His new role involves overseeing his team visits to Bromford homes around the Cotswolds to manage any tenancy or estate management matters, to help ensure rents are paid on time and to deal with any issues with neighbours to maintain a positive community.
Danial is looking forward to his new challenge and working at Bromford. He said: “I hope my experience will be an asset to the team. I am impressed at how forward thinking Bromford is and feel it’s a culture I’ll settle into well.
“My next job is to sort out moving my wife Kelly and dog Brandy (a German Shepherd/ Labrador cross) from London. The Cotswolds is a bit different from Essex - I think my funny accent must stand out!”
When not working, Danial enjoys scuba diving which he learnt in Thailand and is now a qualified scuba diver at a rescue diving level. He also has a keen interest in photography and art.
