Sweetheart Deals On new Homes At Donington Until 14 February - Then Governement Schemes End

A local housebuilder is offering ‘sweetheart’ deals on two new homes at Donington in Lincolnshire until Valentine’s Day on 14 February – after which they could cost considerably more as a result of the end of government schemes.

 Bourne-based developer Larkfleet Homes (www.larkfleethomes.co.uk) has just two homes left to sell on its Flinders Field development on Town Dam Lane in Donington. One is a two-bedroom house being offered at £114,995 and the other is a two-bedroom bungalow priced at £135,000.

 Until 24 March both homes benefit from zero stamp duty for first-time buyers and potential financial help for first-time buyers through the government’s HomeBuy Direct Scheme. The scheme provides equity loans of up to 30 per cent of the value of the home to cover the gap between the buyer’s mortgage and the purchase price.
