At Spire Homes we are making life a bit easier for all our residents, with the introduction of our new telephone number, 0300 123 66 11.
As a result of being awarded charitable status earlier this year, we can now use a telephone number with the low-rate 0300 prefix. We’re always looking at ways to make our services better and life easier for you, and the new number means it will be easier for you to get through and it’s cheaper to call.
The need for a low-rate number was highlighted when customer feedback revealed that many tenants use mobile telephones as their main or only method of making calls.
We know lots of people ring us from their mobile phone and the new number should cost you no more than local rate and is even FREE on certain tariffs. The 0300 number is also free with some landline packages.
Sam Horne – Head of Customer Services said: “We implemented the new number following feedback from residents and have already received more calls, we are always on hand to offer advice and support and so we are really pleased it’s now easier for our residents to get in touch.”
