Willow Housing and Care manages sheltered and extra care housing across London and provides outreach support to vulnerable older people in the wider community. It also offers an innovative and highly regarded hospital discharge support service which fosters joint working with health and social care providers.
The Leadership Factors’ Satisfaction Index uses survey results to assess the overall average of residents’ satisfaction requirements which are weighted by their importance to residents. Willow Housing and Care has achieved a score of 85.9% for the last 12 months which places them first out of 76 housing associations.
Separate to the Satisfaction Index, Willow Housing and Care residents were asked the question:
“Taking everything into account, how satisfied or dissatisfied are you with the overall service provided by your housing association/landlord?”
This question is part of a STATUS survey which social housing providers have to complete every three years as part of their regulatory requirements. Willow Housing and Care achieved 93.5%, which is far above the upper quartile of 85.9%.
Judy Peaker, Chief Executive of Willow Housing and Care, said:
“We are absolutely thrilled with the results of the Leadership Factor. All of our staff work incredibly hard and are dedicated to ensuring that our residents receive a great service. To hear from residents that their satisfaction levels are so high is a reflection of our staff’s dedication and we are very proud.”
