Regenda Homes Limited (RHL), a subsidiary of Bolton-based housing provider Regenda, has re-launched with an exciting new brand identity, following a group restructure. RHL owns and manages leasehold properties and is the non-charitable arm of The Regenda Group.
Bolton based design agency Baron has created RHL’s new identity which includes vibrant colour and illustration to convey a brand message titled ‘Welcome home’ that aims to create a positive feel of being at home.
A new website, at www.regendahomes.com was also designed and includes a new section called the ‘residents zone’ where home owners can view documents and information relating to the development they live in, from leases and repairs to service charges.
Bernard Gallagher, group chief executive, said: “Work on the group restructure has now been completed with the launch of RHL’s new identity, which was the final piece of the jigsaw.
“At this time, more than ever, many families and young people need a little help to get on the property ladder. The new RHL branding has been designed to grab their attention. It’s fresh, fun, forward thinking, innovative and approachable. It really stands out from the crowd.”
Regenda Homes Limited was formed when The Regenda Group restructured in May 2011. Three of the group’s subsidiaries were amalgamated into Regenda Limited, a charitable organisation which provides rented and sheltered housing. The fourth subsidiary, Maritime Housing Association transferred a large proportion of its stock to Regenda Limited and changed its name to Regenda Homes Limited. The move simplified the group’s structure to one parent company, Regenda Limited and two subsidiaries, RHL and M&Y, a repair service which currently covers properties in Liverpool, St Helens, Wirral, Runcorn, Macclesfield and Fleetwood.
Graham Bennett, director of home ownership at RHL added: “The vibrant brand colour scheme was picked to express the RHL core values of being friendly and welcoming. It was important to appeal equally to customers of varying ages and backgrounds. I am looking forward to taking this brand forward on our new developments throughout the North West.”
Regenda works with communities to build a sustainable future.
