Allen secures himself a place in the Final

Allen Marshall of Miller Homes has been nominated for the prestigious CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building) Construction Manager of the Year 2011 Award. The awards are given to individuals for their own project management work. Allen was nominated in recognition of his contribution to Friendship Care and Housing’s scheme in Ashbourne Road, Derby, under the Housing and Accommodation category.

Members of the judging panel carried out an initial visit to the site inDerbyduring July which saw Allen successfully get through to the next stage. He has since been invited to attend a further interview with the panel and to deliver a presentation. Allen passed with flying colours, securing himself a place in the final.   

The Awards ceremony will take place on the 13^th October at the Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel onPark Lane inLondon.
