Richmond Housing Partnership award Anglian EWI contract

Richmond Housing Partnership has recently awarded Anglian Building Products a contract to supply and install external wall insulation to a no-fines block in Hampton, Middlesex.

The three storey building, which contains 12 flats, will be insulated using the Rockwool Rockshield TC system, and new fascia, soffits and rainwater goods will also be fitted. The Rockshield system is designed to improve the ‘U’ value from approximately 2.4 W/m²K to 0.34 W/m²K and will provide a noticeable improvement in the residents’ comfort level.

Works are about to start on site and are expected to be complete within eight weeks.
