Hackney Homes welcomes Speaker to the Board

Hackney Homes recently welcomed Speaker, Cllr Susan Fajana -Thomas to the Hackney HomesBoard.

Cllr Fajana -Thomas has lived in Hackney for over 20 years and after being elected as Stoke Newington Ward Councillor in 2010, is now the current Speaker of Hackney.

Cllr Fajana -Thomas is very active within the local community and passionate about the needs of residents living in Hackney. She has been a mentor on the London Refugee and Asylum Mentoring Scheme; Vice Chair of Stoke Newington Panel; and Chair of Howard Road Resource Centre management committee.
