Love life @ The New Stanhope: Only five shared ownership apartments left at Frinsted Gardens!

Moat’s shared ownership apartments at Stanhope are proving really popular, especially with local people and their families. The property values are gradually rising too; another indication of good demand. Moat launched their show home at Frinsted Gardens in Stanhope on 6 May and since then most of the apartments have sold, with only five remaining. Moat's New Homes officer, Vikki Baines, is based at the show home every Thursday from 9am to 5pm. 

Moat also recently launched a new phase at Stanhope, Waltham Place, which offers six apartments for shared ownership. Three of these have already been reserved off-plan. 

Moat’s final phase at Eastry at Stanhope, will be ready in late November or early December. The launch day is planned for Thursday 6 October and attendees will be able to reserve a new home off-plan.
