CGA Go Bollywood and Beyond at Preston Mela

As Preston's premier South Asian festival, Mela brings a real flavour of the heritage and culture of one of the most diverse communities in Preston and it is always a great family day out.

Community Gateway Association(CGA) has been proud sponsors of this fantastic festival for the past 5 years.

This years event featured a stage programme with bhangra music, traditional and modern dance and entertainment from around the world, alongside a strong community element featuring performances from local muscians and dance groups.

CGA's objective this year was to engage with customers who are less likely to engage with us than other members of the community.

Completing over 100 surveys on the day, CGA will use the information provided to look at how we can improve services and develop future projects to assist better access to the organisation.
