Wirral Partnership Homes staff raise £700 for Everyman Cancer Campaign!

WPH got involved in the fight against prostate and testicular cancer by ‘Turning Blue’ in aid of the Everyman Male Cancer Campaign.

On June 22nd, as part of Everyman Male Cancer Awareness Month, staff dressed in blue for the day and held a raffle to raise awareness of male cancers, and funds towards Everyman’s world-leading research.

Brian Simpson said “We are really excited to be getting involved with ‘Turn Blue’. Research into male cancers is currently well behind other major cancers, and awareness of symptoms is low. We are delighted to be helping Everyman in their mission to stamp out male cancer.”
