National Community Justice Learning Summit 2011
The first National Community Justice Learning Summit - “joining the dots”, will be held on the 14th of September 2011 in London.
The unique, first of its kind one day learning summit is designed to share the most up to date research, best practice, guidance, training and networking opportunities with practitioners and experts from a wide range of backgrounds.
The primary aim of the summit is to bring together the practitioners, professionals and experts from the widest range of organisations and agencies who work in the ever growing field of community justice.
The summit will enable delegates to not only hear from leading national and international experts but also to strengthen their working relationships with other agencies and partners to improve the services they offer to victims, witnesses and the communities they serve.

Trevor Kennett, Chair of the ICJP said:
“It is now more important than ever that across the boundaries of departments, organisations and the sectors in which we all operate we recognise that to solve the issues we face on our streets and in our neighbourhoods we must work together.
There are very few issues now that can be solved completely by one agency on their own.
By encouraging and enabling frontline practitioners and organisations alike to share best practice, resources and knowledge and by bringing together the widest range of practitioners, professionals and experts together at this summit we feel we can go a long way to improve upon the services we all offer.
This will in turn improve the quality of life for all within our communities.”
