Tim calls time on NCHA

Tim Sheffield, Maintenance Manager of Nottingham Community Housing Association, has bid goodbye after 21 years service. 

Tim celebrated with colleagues, tenants and contractors past and present at a barbeque held at the Maintenance HQ at Camberley Court in Bulwell, Nottingham. 

Tim started with a  Maintenance team consisting of just eight people which he grew to more than 80 staff. His achievements include bringing NCHA's Gas Servicing in-house thus ensuring quality servicing for NCHA tenants as well as alue for money savings. 

Tim was also responsible for setting up NCHA's first ever Customer Advisory Panel which launched a raft of resident involvement throughout the Group.
