A Devizes resident has two reasons to celebrate after winning £200 in a prize draw on the week of her 70th birthday.
Mrs Muriel Jenks, of Market Lavington, was presented with the Sarsen Housing Association prize-draw cheque after completing a company survey aimed at residents. There were four runners up for other cash prizes, totalling £500 from Sarsen.
Sarsen’s annual status survey consults with residents on how they feel about the services it provides. The questions ask about overall satisfaction and also specific services such as repairs, anti-social behaviour and supported housing.
Muriel has been a Sarsen resident for the last 34 years and lives with her husband in the house that her children grew up in. She said: “I’m so happy that I’ve won the money as I’ve never won anything before. It couldn’t have come at a better time. I’ve always been happy with the service Sarsen provides and I’ve found that it always responds promptly to repairs.”
Julia Frost, Sarsen’s service improvement and research officer, said: “The status survey gives all our residents a chance to have their say about our services. Thank you to everyone who completed the survey – we’re always striving to improve and we wouldn’t be able to do that without this feedback.
