Riversmead becomes 700th landlord to offer tenants an online home exchange service

Tenants throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire are set to benefit from enhanced mobility options following the news that Riversmead Housing Association are the latest landlord to partner HomeSwapper, the UK’s leading mutual exchange service.  What’s more, Riversmead has become the 700^th landlord to partner the popular service since it went live just over four years ago.

With over 4,300 homes across the region, Riversmead’s tenants will now benefit from free access to an additional, viable, housing option offering enhanced choice – with over 210,000 members HomeSwapper enables tenants to swap anywhere in the UK.

Wendy Duncan, Senior Neighbourhood Officer at Riversmead Housing Association commented: “We chose to partner the HomeSwapper to not only extend the housing options we offer our tenants but because the service will complement and enhance our other mobility services.

Riversmead joins other social landlords in offering over 27,000 tenants throughout the South East free access to the UK’s leading mutual exchange service.
