BTEC Advanced Award in Neighbourhood Nuisance and Anti-Social Behaviour Case Working - Autumn Term 2011 tutorial dates announced
Enrolment is now open for the Autumn Term 2011 (September to November) tutorial dates for the very popular BTEC Advanced Award in Neighbourhood Nuisance and Anti-Social Behaviour Case Working. As detailed above registrations for this course received prior to the 31st of May will be reduced by £300 to just £495 per student.
This fully accredited BTEC qualification is designed for anybody either currently working, or looking to work, in the field of anti-social behaviour/neighbourhood nuisance case working or investigation.

Community Restorative Justice Academy - Recognition of Prior Learning now available plus Autumn Term 2011 tutorial dates
Since the Community Restorative Justice Academy was established we have been working hard to offer RJ practitioners formal recognition for both their previous experience and training they have already undertaken.
The Community Restorative Justice Academy is pleased to announce that the first stage of this ongoing project will be via the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) of training some practitioners will have already completed, enabling them to count their prior training toward a fully accredited UK qualification the BTEC Advanced Award in Practitioner Training for Restorative Approaches

National Stalking Training Academy - Last few spaces available at upcoming London event
On the 25th of May in London, as part of the National Stalking Training Academy's UK programme of training for 2011/12, will be a one day training course "Understanding and Responding to Stalking".
The course is designed to provide an overview of stalking to agencies, organisations or individuals who deal with or have a duty of care to those who are either affected by or are at risk from stalking.
The course will be delivered by Jacqui Hames. Jacqui is one of Britain's best-known real life Detectives, having presented live TV appeals on the BBC flagship show Crimewatch every month for 16 yrs. After 25 yrs she retired from the Metropolitan Police Serious Crime Directorate with a passion to promote womens safety issues. She still appears regularly on TV news and factual programmes commenting on crime issues, lectures to the Mets Crime Academy Advanced CID Course on the Media, and works as a business consultant.
