Invicta Telecare can reveal it has successfully secured an exciting new national contract with The Guinness Partnership who owns and manages over 60,000 homes and 120,000 customers across the UK.

The contract was awarded following a thorough procurement process and means that Invicta Telecare will now provide the alarm monitoring service to around 3,000 Guinness Partnership residents.  The service responds to alarms pressed by residents living in sheltered accommodation and in their own home 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Invicta Telecare is part of Circle Living - Circle’s commercial services partner - and helps over 97,000 people to live safely and independently in their own homes.

As part of the procurement process members of The Guinness Partnership team visited Invicta Telecare’s main offices in Borough Green, Sevenoaks.  Several members of the management team and residents were shown around the busy monitoring centre to see first hand how the emergency alarm calls were handled.

Guinness Partnership customers commented that they were particularly impressed by the calm and efficient way the operators dealt with calls and the overall ambience of the monitoring centre.

Robert Mills, Director of Care and Support Services, Guinness Care and Support, a member of The Guinness Partnership said: “The Guinness Partnership is pleased to be working with Invicta Telecare in providing this essential service to our more vulnerable customers living in our sheltered and supported housing.  We are confident that Invicta Telecare will provide an excellent, attentive and customer-focused service.”

Wendy Turner, Head of Invicta Telecare, said: “We are delighted to be working with The Guinness Partnership to provide this vital service.  Our organisations share the same values around customer focused quality services and I am confident that this partnership will enhance the life chances of customers.  We look forward to developing a long and successful relationship.”
