Gateway gets green light for 14 new affordable homes in Preston

Community Gateway Association have been granted planning approval for 14 new affordable homes in Preston. 

The scheme is a development of RCKa's competition winning design and forms part of the city’s Guild celebrations scheduled for next year.

The Guild is a celebration unique to Preston which happens every 20 years and includes festivities as well as offering public institutions the opportunity to create notable projects or landmarks in the city.  An application for HCA funding to build the scheme will be made shortly.’
