Oxfordshire-based Soha Housing has been shortlisted for a national customer service award.
Director of Customer Service and Operations at Soha, Maureen Adams, said, “However exciting it is to get this external acknowledgement, the acid test is what our customers think. Our recent STATUS survey of residents recently found that 91% are satisfied with Soha – our highest ever satisfaction rate. This is a tribute to the work of our Customer Services team and our wider staff group who make customer care a priority. As a community-based organisation, we work closely with our residents who help us design, develop and target our services for customers, such as the new Money Matters magazine and the invaluable Tenancy Support Service."
