Parkway Green and Willow Park's Collect Comments For 'Local Offer'

That was the message when Parkway Green’s and Willow Park’s ‘Local Offer’ Campervan took to the road to help collect customer feedback on the setting of local service standards for Wythenshawe.
Over 200 customers came along to share their opinions and a number of residents did this in the in-built video diary room. The campervan visited various venues across Wythenshawe to help build up information that will be used towards the local offer.
All those who completed a form were entered into a prize draw for a notebook, IPod, Wii and shopping vouchers and the events were really well attended.
Resident Involvement Manager at Parkway Green Dean Slavin said, “Customers really enjoyed being able to get in the van and tell us exactly what they think and there was a great turnout at the events.
This is an innovative way to interact with our customers and we’ve got lots of great ideas from their feedback. We will now take all the information collected to help build up our local offer alongside Willow Park.”
Sara Harris, Willow Park’s Customer Involvement Manager, said, “The feedback we received was really useful and constructive and we’re really grateful to everyone who took the time to give us their views. We are now looking forward to finalising the ‘local offer’, delivering on those promises and making sure tenants of both Trusts get the level of service they really want.”
