Larkfleet Homes Launches Age Exclusive Development In Yaxley

Bourne-based housebuilder and development company Larkfleet Homes (www.larkfleethomes.co.uk), part of the Larkfleet Group (www.larkfleetgroup.co.uk), has launched a new ‘age exclusive’ development in Yaxley, Cambridgeshire.

Spinney House is located within an existing residential part of the Cambridgeshire village and consists of seven one-bedroom and seven two-bedroom apartments that are all marketed for people over 55 years of age.

The apartments are being sold through estate agent Sharman Quinney with prices starting at £119,995 for a one-bedroom apartment and £147,500 for a two-bedroom duplex apartment.

After beginning work on site last year, Larkfleet will complete the development by autumn 2011.

The site includes plenty of existing mature trees and Larkfleet plans to provide allotments and cycle storage with each apartment, within the grounds of Spinney House, for use by like-minded residents.
