Operational Planning Day at CGA

The Gateway Tenants' Committee (GTC) have held their annual Operational Planning day at CGA headquarters in Preston.

The day followed similar session held by the CGA Board, HoST ( Heads of Service team) and Service Delivery Leaders.

The purpose of the day was to review the past five years of CGA and to develop plans for the next five. The session also focussed on and how the changes to Government Policy will effect tenants in the future.

The group also discussed how the Gateway Model could be enhanced and a session on branding and marketing the Gateway Brand.

CGA Chief Executive Diane Bellinger, presented the members of GTC with a gift to thank them for their work on assisting the organisation develop over the past 12 months.

Chair of GTC Pat Sutton commenting on the event, " This is what being part of a Gateway Association is all about. As a member you have the opportunity and chance to influence and take decisions about the future direction of the organisation. Tenants can get involved in a variety of ways from completing surveys to becoming members of the GTC."
