Tenants will benefit from warmer and more secure homes this winter as Anglian Building Products install replacement windows to homes in Sheffield.
The contract placed by Arches Housing Ltd is the second award secured by Anglian under the new LHC U8 Framework Arrangement.
Neil Barker from LHC said “In common with all Northern Housing Consortium members, Arches Housing have access to the full range of LHC frameworks, whenever practical these are tendered in regional lots providing a broad range of supply options for LHC and NHC customers nationwide.”
Arches Housing Ltd are a Black & Minority Ethnic housing association who provide affordable homes across Sheffield and Rotherham and are committed to providing properties and housing services for people with diverse needs.
The contract is managed from Anglian’s Yorkshire Installation Centre based in Rotherham.
