Neighbours like no others!

Soha Housing’s tenant representative body, the Tenants’ Forum, recently voted four of the Oxfordshire housing association’s over 13,000 residents to be the 2010 Community Gems.

Those who the Forum felt had 'gone the extra mile' to make their communities a nicer place to live are pictured receiving their prizes from Maureen Adams, Director of Customer Service and Operations. 

Their contributions ranged from gardening for others to getting involved in voluntary community activities.  The neighbour who nominated ten year old Leon, at the front, said "he displays a consideration and maturity beyond his years and is a real neighbourhood asset.”
