Invicta Telecare has been awarded a two year framework agreement (with the option of two further one year extensions) for Lot: 2 – Telecare Services by Buying Solutions.

Buying Solutions is the national procurement partner for all UK public services and is part of the Efficiency and Reform Group within the Cabinet Office.

Its role is to deliver best value for customers in central government and the wider public sector through the efficient procurement and supply of essential goods and services.

Wendy Turner, Head of Invicta Telecare said: “Buying Solutions saves customers time, money and effort by providing access to trusted, compliant, and sustainable procurement solutions, which deliver measurable savings, value for money and peace of mind.  This is not only good news for Invicta Telecare but also for our customers.”

Invicta Telecare is the largest independent provider of Telecare services in the UK and provides a comprehensive range of support and technology services to over 94,000 homes.  Its customer focussed services enable vulnerable people, both young and old, to live safely, happily and independently in their own home.  It tailors support to offer people a better quality of life with as much respect, dignity, choice and control over their own lives as possible, often avoiding costly admission to institutionalised care or hospital.
